As a reminder to all parents, our referral program offers one month's free tuition for any student who enrolls and remains enrolled in our school for 90 days or more. We have a new procedure to ensure that referring parents receive their tuition credit promptly in the month following their referral's 90th day of attendance. If you refer a student, please use the following procedure in order to ensure tuition credit.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Name on Payment Account: This is the name of the adult listed on your ACH form; the person whose bank account the monthly payment is drawn from.
- Name of Your Child: If you have more than one child at the school, please select one child to list here.
- Month You Would Like to Receive Tuition Credit
- Name of Child Referred
- Names of Parents of Child Referred
- Month Referred Child Began Attending
This information must be received at least 7 days prior to the next payment date if the credit is to be applied to the next month's payment.
IMPORTANT: Enrollment forms for the referred students will be reviewed in the process of approving tuition credits. Referring parents must be listed on the enrollment form to be eligible for tuition credits.
