When you sign up for our ELM Level I course, you’ll be well on your way to building a mastery of English in six months.

Course Content

ELM focuses EXCLUSIVELY on speaking and listening: the critical first steps in learning English. It is 100% full immersion instruction. English and English only are spoken inside of the classroom. You’ll start with our instructors teaching entirely in English so that you’re unable to rely on your native language. Being immersed in the language provides you the fastest and most reliable way of mastering a language.

Each of the 75 lessons per Level are taught to mastery through 95 minutes of oral delivery each day to the whole class. Lessons are carefully planned with clearly defined tasks and designed around offering learning in smaller increments. Every class includes PowerPoint® slides for display during class time.

Kishion Acosta- PhotoKishion AcostaThe instructor for this course is Kishion Acosta, founder of the Acosta Language Institute. In 2012, Acosta founded Atlanta Trilingual Academy, an elite private preschool that specializes in teaching Chinese and Spanish and English to young children. Acosta has taught at every level of academia from preschool to University. He is an expert in the science of instruction as well as language acquisition.

This class will empower you with the tools and techniques you need to learn the language quickly. We use an explicit, systematic instructional model that supports English language learners in acquiring a functional mastery of spoken English. From instruction to content, ATA moves students to oral language proficiency with ease.
